Daily Duties at Shri Balaji Hospital, :
. January 2008 to January 2009 Directed hospital staff of 29 doctors, 50 beds, 20 departments. 3 operating rooms, 15 specialist, 5 visiting doctors, 40 nursing staff, 10 assistance, 3 lab staff, 2 pathologist, 4 lab technicians, 14 hygiene maintenance staff, 2 health inspectors and 2 managers. • Managed the admission and discharge of all patients and led emergencies, casualties and ward management • Selected and arranged trained specialist for emergency situations. • Implemented and planed cost effective qualitative treatment, 24 hours to 48 hours of duty twice a week. • Increased the 50 bed hospital and developed a marketing strategy of care to grew to a 75 bed facility. • Designed an awareness program for women-on mammography, breast cancer, cervical cancer, STDs, infertility problems, spacing methods. • Reached weekly target-of 15 female visitors, for men on prostate cancer, mouth cancer, lung cancer, anti-smoking/drinking awareness programs, and weekly targets 25 male visitors.
