Daily Duties at Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc:
After 3 months from being hired I remained the sole person managing the interational distributors accounts of the 3 global regions: EMEA,APAC and LATAM. Responsibilities included: -Served as liaisonbetween interntional field personner, international distributors/end users. - Managed the entire distributor order from initial purchase order to revenue recognition. . -Executed updates to work instructions and check lists. -Provided the necessary materials and literature (technical, product and clinical) to support the operational needs of the distributors and sales managers. -issued price lists to all distributors. -Facilitated logistics of international shipment with operations, materials and shipping. -Adressed general inquiries/comments from international prospects and potential distributors via the support hotline and email group. -Used CRM systems : ERP system SAP 9 to enter orders and SalesForce.com to manage the accounts. Arena PLM (to check clearance to ship matrix and verify which countries were cleared to ship according to foreign FDA regulations. -Maintained CRM systems to contain updated distributor and international field personnel ensuring the upload of the information to the Coolsculpting website. -Registration of USA accounts into CoolNet data base for physicians marketing tools and training.
