Daily Duties at Associated Students Of Ucla, Catering:
Customer Service Representatives at ASUCLA Catering prepare for events by transporting food platters to and from event rooms, adorning the event rooms with proper table linen and decoration, as well as properly setting table silverware. Representatives also serve food to event guests and attend to their individual needs relating to the event. At the completion of each event, representatives clean up after guests and remove decorations from the event room. The caterers next transport their equipment back to the catering kitchen to wash dishes and table linen. The caterers then prep for their next event in like manner.
