Daily Duties at Comcast Spotlight:
Oversaw team of six Traffic Coordinators servicing over 12 DMAs, fulfilling between $2.5-4 million in monthly ad-trafficking and billing with run rates performing at 99% in 2012 Trained, mentored and provided development for employees Supported greater department of 40+ personnel Ensured team met SLA requirements Provided support to Senior Traffic Management and Customer Care Director on key initiatives Assisted traffic personnel with problem solving and served as an escalation point for multiple DMAs 2009 Pittsburgh Transition- Trained Interconnect Traffic personnel on a new billing and scheduling platform as part of a consolidation effort 2011-2013- Served as Training Champion for Local Traffic- administered the on-boarding training program for new hires Q4 ‘11 / Q1 ‘12- Co-developed work-flow which enhanced and brought Online Billing component to a greater level of compliance for the Eastern Division
