Daily Duties at Total Facility Inc.:
Supported initiatives for and was directly accountable to Executive Leadership in the company Supported Operations, Business Development/Sales, IT and Vendor Relations teams for the company Oversaw business process improvement initiatives and developed strategies for the company with the President Oversaw performance of internal communications systems- MiTel Cloud VOIP, Zendesk Deployed and administered a Customer Care System using the Zendesk platform for the organization. Converted a user-group to full customer voice support through a Zendesk Contact Center Managed a project proposal process for department heads, and lead new business process improvement projects for the company Identified vendors for IT project initiatives and supported implementation planning Oversaw a major production project for the company using Autodesk Revit-- tasks included qualifying/recruiting designers, interfacing with staffing agencies, managing workflow with budget for project, interfacing with vendor contacts, and hosting weekly project calls with key-stakeholders Redirected call-center resources to another facility resulting in cost-savings while maintaining oversight over performance levels during transition period Supported disaster-recovery efforts for the company-coordinated logistics for company employees and maintained client support during a June 2014 power outage Maintained a company-wide HSE/safety awareness program. Responsible for maintaining company’s ISNetworld documentation and taking the TotalFacility account through to compliance for prospective clients Supported Operations Director with personnel issues, which included giving feedback to leadership with front-line team, training team members on new processes, and assisting with department after-hours scheduling.
