 Assisted a multi-state management company with a wide spectrum of issues ranging from, easement issues, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance issues pertaining to new government regulations, environmental land use and property concerns, industry standard compliance and governmental oversight  Independently managed over fifty (50) employees to provide organization with understanding of best operational practices and procedures. I improved customer communication, streamlined operations and increased sales across the several locations.  Acted as Human Resources contact and evaluated multiple employee and client complaints dealing with employee behavior or customer concerns.  Successfully mitigated and obtained dismissals of multiple governmental complaints related alleged employee conduct and sexual harassment.  Advised the Corporation on legal matters pertaining to environmental land use and right of way access. Furthermore analyzed and successfully advised on easement concerns relating to the purchase agreement between the Corporation and former owner; as well as concerns over improvements to shared access easements.
