Formulated and implemented various career center and university outreach recruitment tours. Coordinated with college TPOs in planning campus events, 2011. Worked to ensure HR team is in compliance at all times. Sourced candidates and conducted walk-in interviews. IBM India Pvt Ltd HR Lateral Executive Hiring, (2010-2011) Bangalore Utilized knowledge of process of raising approvals, end-to-end lateral processing, and productivity/ development tools such as GOM and RWS. Traveled within India to recruit for different business units. Oversaw team as needed in manager’s absence, assisting in target achievement. Generated and submitted reports.
