Utilized knowledge of HR processes including desk procedures and policies, functioning under Center of Excellence (COE- BC) team, 2012. Handled MPC testing for MEA (Middle East/Africa) region as well as compliance testing for HR recruitment tower in India, playing a key role in putting together a new process for HR Separation division. Determined quantitative/qualitative value of risk related to concrete and recognizable errors. Conducted SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) testing for HR Recruitment and Separation towers in Middle East and Africa (MEA), South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Conducted Integration testing for HR separation tower in India and Control point testing for HR recruitment tower in India. Reviewed SOD (Separation of Duties) - HR separation processes for India, Middle East and Africa (MEA), South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Provided feedback/suggestions for separation tower during international defect discussions call. Attended all Business Control Connect Programs conducted by IBM Finance Business Controls. Considered stakeholder and departmental views when analyzing a situation or developing solutions.
