Daily Duties at Life Technologies, Inc:
Brought on board as early innovation lead for next-generation products with a focus on core acoustic and microfluidics technologies. Directed root-cause-failure analysis, FMEA prediction, diagnostics, redesign and transfer to manufacturing. Developed and evaluated intellectual property (IP) for these technologies. Trained engineering and sales support teams on flow cytometry and imaging. Mentored junior engineers and scientists on process of innovation to innovation process.
