Lead team member with Director of Product Development driving product scope and requirements, integrating new Partners, setting up test beds for Partners, certifying new Partners, and troubleshooting technical issues as required Accomplished multiple projects including Credit Card Hosted Tokenization, Linked Accounts, card filtration, created SOW (Statement of Work) for customized reporting Researched into new industry verticals (healthcare/municipalities/student loan) for PaymentVision products and services Analyzed current products for market viability, market gaps, competitiveness and pricing Developed Integration guide for Partners through API, implemented solution and certified Partners Developed storyboard to help developers understand clients and Partners requirements Attended Trade Shows and worked with Client Services team to gather client requirements Resolved issues with clients during their initial implementation of company's products and addressed issues with Partners software, if any Teamed with marketing department to provide detail insight of PaymentVision products and assisting Sales team with product demos and closing deals Collaborated with QA & Software development team during quarterly product release Responsible for managing and setting all PaymentVision demo capture channels Managed and updated Product and integration guides, Managed WIKI repository for Partners Responsible for completing Vendor Security and Compliance questionnaires. Managed RFI and RFP responses. Participated in PaymentVision annual PCI audits
