• Selected to be in the S&L’s exclusive 8-10 member management training program • Rotated through many key positions throughout the S&L (including credit analyst) and placed as a Commercial Loan Administrator • Tapped to be the Project Leader to study, beta test and implement new in-house software to manage the S&L’s mortgage loans
