Daily Duties at Us Renal Care, Inc:
Directly responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans, expense management, physician relations, new facility development, and nurse recruitment for chronic and acute dialysis centers in a region. Effectively manage $38M operating budget. Orchestrate the design and construction of new units, expansions, and renovations of existing centers. Able to leverage legal experience by negotiating terms, reviewing contracts, and overseeing compliance with State and Federal regulations. Direct a team of (9) in managing over 300 associates.
