Daily Duties at Western Land Services, Inc.:
Tracked and acquired oil and gas leases, right-of-way, and pipeline routing. Analyzed, reviewed, and acquired well settlements for landowners who had suffered property damage during the well drilling process. Collected and acquired GIS data acquisition from the field for pipeline routing and sent data to specialists tasked with mapping routes. Secured the company’s rights to develop oil and gas wells by acquiring oil and gas leases from landowners. Acquired seismic permits to track seismic activity for various projects countrywide. Reviewed, tracked, and analyzed Title/ abstracting projects and reported progress to the executive team, clients, and other stakeholders.
