Delivered donor acquisition and retention services for this international specialty donor center.  Proficient in phlebotomy as well as consulted patients on various blood disorders and antibodies as needed by the facility. Increased ability to track progress of donor antibody levels through proficiency of Office Suite skills. Performed Payroll and revenue management. Trained and recruited new employees. Executed quality control audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, or proper usage of clinical systems and the electronic medical record. Promoted culture of safety for patients, co-workers, and facility in conjunction with the managers by monitoring the quality, safety and outcomes, and implementing performance improvement measures. Implemented and supervised progress and performance of numerous projects and initiatives. Aligned clinical initiatives and financial incentives to shared goals.
