Daily Duties at Collabera, Inc.:
• Worked in close partnership with the cross-functional team on a variety of projects and activities aimed at driving service success • Handled the client relationships. Also reached out to client managers on a daily ba¬sis, gathering requirements, and taking constant feedbacks and using those for internal process improvements • Conducted analyses on strategic decisions and turned those insights into results • Established and sustained effective relationships with employees in order to foster an environment where teamwork and innovation are used to drive re¬sults by increasing the hires for the company and clients (IBM), which tend to bring more revenue to Collabera • Worked with National Account Clients like AT & T, Wall Mart & Amex to improve business processes and developing new business to the company where yearly gross margin went to $6M in total revenue • Handled 175+ Contractors and managed 100 +Clients managers at a time on daily bases • Delivered technical support to approximately 50 clients per day: provided coverage for customers based in India and all U.S. time zones by working from home-based office equipped with phone bank, high-speed Internet connection and CRM software
