Directv Work Values

Daily Duties at Directv:

Utilized waterfall, agile, and scrum methodology. Review RFP, RFI and the responses including approval of SOWs. Lead Project Intake analysis and approval process to WBS. Derive Release Backlog collaborating with Product Owners. Create Sprint Backlogs typically 2 to 12 per release with each spring between 2 to 4 weeks. Tracking budget, timeline, resource utilization with burn down and Gantt charts. Establish and defend the credibility of scope definition, project schedule, priorities, risks, an overall development plan and deployment. Facilitate Business, Design, and IT stake holder teams to deliver on time. Migration planning, delivery and change Management in onshore / offshore model. Post Production support BI/ETL Projects & CRs
