Solitarily investigated and troubleshooted the SAP Integration R1 (Gemini) interfaces that included 12 interfaces of varying complexity that focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mainly to sync customer data between AS400 and SAP via middleware. Analyzed business requirements and process through Use Cases and adapted UML standards to define modularized Data Process Models using MS Visio. Performed system level root cause analysis/troubleshooting and reached on solutions.
