System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) lead to the Naval Research Laboratory, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Federal Government Intelligence Community; Measurements and Signals Intelligence (MASINT) asset tasking guidance development for MDA requirements response; development of MDA joint theater and strategic Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for MASINT assets including land and ship-based radars, airborne collectors, and space collectors; perform collection sensor analysis of alternatives; MDA MASINT internal requirements focal point; represent MDA Director of Intelligence at Intelligence Community planning forums.
