Working within the organization, I designed and developed learning programs & initiatives to meet key organizational business, team, and individual needs. Responsibilities included: --anticipation & assessment of organizational & individual learning needs --development, design, & delivery of learning programs and experiences that built upon behavioral & technical skills --evaluation of all learning and development programs in order to determine their success rates and make changes when necessary --tracking current trends in learning and development and new technology applications through internal sources and through external networks
