• Created, developed, and managed a system of reconciliation of the university’s student meal-plan program which utilized both manual and computerized tools. This analytical process enabled the timely and accurate adjustment of students’ accounts. • Assisted in the preparation of IRS annual reports. • Reconciled investment accounts, and assigned balance sheet items, and analyzed variances for their resolution. • Resolved a long-standing reporting issue between the Accounting Department and HR, by identifying and analyzing the root cause of the persistent problem and helping make necessary changes.
