Daily Duties at Walgreens Co. :
Increase 3rd shift Rx volume; adjudicate rx issues from previous shift to decrease workload on AM shift: provide clinical concultation to RNs, PAs, MDs; educate and counsel the general public on OTC purchases and increase exposure to 24-hour service; resolve DUR issues on rxs in system, check for MTM issues during rx verification process and address if possible (if not, halt rx until AM shift could address), complete all compounded rxs; resolve technology issues in rx/fax/phone system. maintain pharmacy inventory and rx supplies within corporate parameters, enter EMR data on local patients, remote order entry from other walgreens stores, verify order entry from other walgreens stores
