Managed 5 data center facilities around the U.S. and its operational teams Setting policies and procedures for Disaster Recovery, Security, Audit, and ITIL processes Manage to the organization KPI and SLA in availability management, capacity management, performance management, and change management Financial responsibilities for 5 cost centers for the IT environment and its spending Project sponsor for all IT infrastructure within the organization Part of the early assessment team in merger and acquisition Manage all aspect of the IBM iSeries (AS400) systems and its middleware and platform Responsible for the annual success of the Disaster Recovery plan and test
