Daily Duties at T Systems North America:
Direct a team of Service Managers globally to service customers in North America Execute the contract and delivery the quality services within the agreed upon SLA's and KPI's Up Sale into the customer accounts with innovative solutions that meets the organizations challenges and provide true solutions Financial management to all North America customer contract including Order entry, Revenue, Cost of good sold, Profit/Lose, and EBIT Customer satisfaction results from the survey Business Plans and Go To Market (GTM) approach with strategic Partners such as SAP America
