Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Led small to mid-size projects for default servicing arena. Strong emphasis in developing and creating new hire training curriculum and divisional procedures. Implemented soft skill training program to improve customer experience. Developed divisional communication strategy to ensure policy and regulatory changes are incorporated in to divisional procedures, training program and associate knowledge assessments.
