Daily Duties at Wells Fargo :
Responsible for leading default collections call teams encompassing 75 team members, supervisors and managers. Oversees and is responsible for directing, developing and implementing polices for the collection function within the specialty business group. Additional duties include creating initiatives and programs to support business goals, including analyzing servicing standards, market trends, and emerging issues to develop new business strategies, improve operational performance and reduce customer delinquency. Influences performance of the business unit and functional area by working as a key member of the decision making team on strategy, operations/financial management and business organization and performance. Influences and participates in decisions on policies/procedures designated to ensure Wells Fargo compliance, legal, investor and regulatory business polices align with industry change. Additional responsibilities include coaching, influencing, developing and managing team member performance. Additionally responsible for managing human aspects of human resources, including hiring, terminations, talent & succession planning, training, discipline, salary and employee relations.
