Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Responsible for leading a default claims division comprised of 150-200 team members, supervisors and managers. Oversees and is responsible for the claims processing, documentation and servicing process. Influences performance of the business unit and functional area by working as a key member of the decision making team on strategy, operations/financial management and business organization and performance. Influences and participates in decisions on policies/procedures designated to ensure Wells Fargo compliance, legal, investor and regulatory business polices align with industry change. Ensures business and functional objectives align with the company priorities. Additional responsibilities include coaching, influencing, developing and managing team member performance. Additionally responsible for managing human aspects of human resources, including hiring, terminations, talent & succession planning, training, discipline, salary and employee relations. Facilitates regular meetings with Senior Leaders and investors; representing line of business updates and company objectives.
