• Senior member of the management team and go-to internal business consultant for firm working to establish a sustainable competitive advantage in a niche industry by streamlining the administrative and legal processes required of thousands of workers transitioning from private to public insurance benefits • Initiated a high profile digital and analog market strategy, and led all subsequent program management and product management affairs and marketing budget, as part of the development of business strategy focused on the direct to consumer market • Project managed numerous strategic planning and marketing activities including the development of a new website, the industry's first mobile application, and a proprietary software application derived from data analytics and business intelligence insights. Regularly communicated progress and challenges to all relevant internal stakeholders • Played a lead role in the operational, qualitative and financial analysis of multiple M&A opportunities by reviewing how our documented tactical processes, as explained by the subject matter experts I led, aligned to the target companies
