Daily Duties at Staples/ Staples Advantage:
As an IT executive leader in the Staples Advantage Contract business, my global transformation team was responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, rollout, adoption and transformation of Lean-Agile, DevOps and Cloud to a large development community of approximately 1000 engineers (roughly 120 teams). Responsible for developing strong business relationships with our customers and partners by transforming intake and prioritization practices, the implementation of Net Promoter Score (NPS) for customer satisfaction to support our commitment to continuous improvement; direction and coordination of ways of working (wow) across the engineering teams utilizing scaled Lean-Agile concepts (leveraging SAFe), DevOps (continuous delivery pipeline) and Cloud (private and public); establishing strategic roadmaps evolving organizational best practices; working with executive leadership of our customers and partners to bolster measurable transformational outcomes; management of vendor relationships and associated budgets; management of budgets, forecasting and reporting; care and feeding of management, leads and delivery members related to recruiting, team building, mentoring, performance assessments and training plans to support career aspirations.
