Daily Duties at Aon Hewitt:
Responsible for overseeing on-floor staff of 10 who help clients, employees, retirees, and beneficiaries understand and effectively use their benefits. Serve as health benefit retirement specialist in areas including defined contributions (401k), defined benefits (pensions), life benefits, Medicare Advantage and HMO. Coordinate meetings for United Healthcare. Work as business instructor and customer service representative focus group representative. Liaise between customers and clients to resolve complex human resource issues arising from inbound calls. Contact customers regarding health, life, and other employer benefits. Research diverse array of projects for workflow, Web questions, imaging, etc.). Facilitate annual enrollment and on-boarding new employees. Calibrate calls and provide feedback.
