Guided Clinical Operations for a $600,000,000 - 25,000 subject Phase 4 Cardiovascular/Rheumatology Safety Trial in 13 countries. Directed the vendor selection, conducted negotiations, and issued requests for proposal for laboratory, technical and monitoring vendors. Ensured vendor statements of work were being followed. Proactively escalated performance related concerns to appropriate line management. Developed and managed team member transition plans. Managed study budget including invoice review/approval and delivered financial forecasting. Authored and distributed Newsletters and “Frequently Asked Questions” Documents to Investigator sites. Trained and developed material for Regional Medical Research Specialist clinicians to conduct peer-to-peer discussions with PIs.
