Daily Duties at Sanofi:

Guided Clinical Operations for a $150,000,000 - 6,000 subject Phase 3 Cardiovascular and Endocrinology Outcomes Trial at 843 sites in 49 countries. Through extensive site education, coordinated efforts to maximize subject retention during study maintenance. Conceived and implemented subject retention program to minimize treatment withdrawals and maximize likelihood of capturing outcome events according to timelines. Functioned as the primary study contact during trial conduct including regular conferences and meetings with stakeholders. Directed the vendor selection, conducted negotiations, and issued requests for proposal. Ensured vendor statements of work were being followed. Authored and/or contributed to and approved protocol amendments, study concept documents, ICFs, and eCRFs. Hired, managed, trained and developed study team members. Managed study budget including invoice review/process/approval and deliver financial forecasting. Provided support for SOP adherence and IVRS system questions. Proactively escalated performance related concerns to appropriate line management. Developed and managed team member transition plans. Directed protocol deviation tracking and trend analysis. Organized interim and primary analysis reports for Data Monitoring Committee. Delivered regular study updates to global project team leads. Proactively escalated performance related concerns to appropriate line management. Provided Senior Management with monthly updates regarding the status of program including enrollment, subject retention, and IP re-starts.
