Daily Duties at Dallas Country Club:

Planned, prepared and managed formal and informal banquet functions, wedding receptions, business meetings and large banquet events. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures for food and beverage operations. Worked closely with Master Chef and Executive Chef on banquet events, delegated responsibilities to banquet staff for successfull service. Responsible for hiring, training, motivating and managing twenty to thirty employees in banquets. Supervised the fine dining restaurant and Men's 19th hole and conducted special banquet functions featuring WIne Makers to high profile members and their guests.
