Daily Duties at Ridgelea Country Club:

Managed Mixed Foursome restaurant, Men's Grill, Cocktail Lounge, Banquet departments and Sunday Brunch. Conducted and performed special fine dining events for high profile members and their guests utilizing fine dining techniques. Conducted and performed small, medium and large banquet events for business and groups. Assisted Clubhouse Manager on weekly management and line level staff meetings, operations, and member service initiatives.
