Daily Duties at Inter Continental Hotels Group:

Responsible for 108 properties consisting of Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Select, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites Hotels. Planned, prepared and conducted formalized hotel corporate and regional training workshops certifying hotel owners and principal correspondents, general managers and management staff on customer service applications, executive housekeeping, preventative maintenance programs and guest life safety. Conducted special evaluations working with hotel owners and general contractors for new hotel openings adhering to brand standards. Conducted property improvement plan inspections, quality and life safety inspections, qualify failure and hotel de-identifications. Performed standard room decor package implementation for guest room soft goods and case goods in Holiday Inn Brands. Performed announced and unnannounced quality assessments measuring levels of physical condition, cleanliness, brand standards violations. Implemented the New Express Start Breakfast Bar initiative for all Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Texas and Oklahoma
