Owned and operated three locations in Euless, Keller and Fort Worth, Texas. Directly implemented food and beverage cost control measures utilizing POS systems establishing control thresholds of 28% to 30% company wide. Generated food revenues comprising of pizza buffet 65%, delivery 20% and carryout and pickup 15% of net sales. Implemented marketing and advertising campaigns utilizing point of sale materials, print media, social media, radio and cooperative marketing and advertising. Hire, trained, motivated and scheduled managers and employees utilizing company and franchise modules on food preparation, customer service and sanitation. Prepared fresh pizza products daily utilizing implementation portion charts adhering to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point procedures in food sanitation. Planned and prepared small, medium and large catering luncheons for GCISD, HEB and KISD, business and groups. Provided multiple fund raising events in restaurants to assist organizations and their fund raising needs. Negotiated commercial leasing terms with management companies on build out allowances and price per square foot for five year term options and options to renew for five. Created quality experiences with ongoing customer satisfaction surveys to measure product quality, customer service and restaurant cleanliness as employee training tools.
