Daily Duties at Independent Consultant:
Assist owner with writing policies and procedures for a Residential Service Agency (RSA). Assist with writing a proposal for the RSA to the state of Maryland to encompass skilled nursing services and physical therapy services. Review requirements and accreditation standards for JCAHO for the RSA Assess business viability in accordance with the standards set forth by the JCAHO standards. Develop contracts with insurance agencies to assist with referrals. Develop a marketing plan to grow business
