Daily Duties at Carroll Home Care & Hospice :

Responsible for operations of all activities to include patient services, human resources, fiscal management, quality monitoring and evaluation and regulatory compliance. Responsible to assure that the basic standard of practice as defined in the CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation and Maryland State Nurse Practice Act are being followed as well as all COMARS for home care. Responsible to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
