Daily Duties at Convergys:

Main financial contact for three divisions; CIT (Consumer Interactive Technology $140M in revenue), Home Agent ($137M in annual revenue) and Analytics ($37M in Annual revenue). Develop strategic & business plans, budget, and midyear forecasts for the three divisions providing senior management with outlooks for both near and long term results. Work directly with global sales managers to consolidate, review, and analyze sales and operational forecasts. Elaborate monthly and quarterly review reports for Corporate and Division management to track and support business strategies. Review and analyze global financial results, prepare variance analysis, extrapolate trends, and propose solutions that line up with corporate strategy. Design and implement metric based operational and financial reports and processes for use in identifying trends as well as assessment of both operational and financial performance. Develop, track, and report on product, customer, geographic and channel profitability, pricing and margins by gathering information from several sources. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for Senior Executive team.
