Daily Duties at Usaf:
Director recruitment and retention efforts, guide teams, and administer internal conflict resolution. Deliver continuous process improvements, develop career progression plans, and demonstrate solid knowledge of employment law and compliance. Execute workforce analysis and planning, drive optimized employee engagement, and manage performance conducting annual evaluations. Lead efficient and effective on-boarding processes.
