• Entered daily production schedules into plant database tool (Vantage 6.0) for manufacturing process (for plant locations in United States or China) to optimize production output and meets customer requirements which includes revising schedules to • Accommodate product demand fluctuation, labor or material shortages, or interruptions. • Analyzed production specifications and plant capacity data and performs calculations to determined manufacturing capability and process requirements • Conferred with production personnel to clarify processing methods or establish sequence of operations and department supervisors to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes.
