Daily Duties at Dream Management, Inc.:

• Created files for new employees and update existing files • Archived departed employee’s files while maintaining a high level of security • Coordinated the fleet maintenance records management system for all company vehicles • Reviewed and coordinated payroll activities with payroll specialist • Submit W4's and other pertinent paperwork to payroll processing company • Recruited candidates for different contracts • Pre-screen, perform background checks and processed candidates through the hiring process • Responded to Human Resource questions concerning benefits, payroll, etc. • Mediated conflicts among employees and between staff and management, while utilizing diplomacy to resolve issues • Responded to client needs and provide additional support where necessary.
