Daily Duties at Texas State Library And Archives Commission:
• Assist in planning, organizing, maintaining and providing administrative support for the training programs of the division. • Maintains relational database of training registrations and class statistics required for performance measures. • Oversees registrations and provides guidance on registration procedures and available training programs. • Works with division staff to update and maintain divisional web pages. • Assists with maintaining online learning management system, webinar archive, and training pages on the division web site and blog. • Organizes and prepares training materials and supplies. • Maintains unit’s office, training and visual aid equipment. • Uses tact and diplomacy to work with government officials regarding program services, forms, laws and publications. • Provides back up support to SLRM Administrative Assistant.
