• Nominated to Lead and train a team of 8 people in a procurement related project procure-to-pay worth of $1M • Implemented product ownership and delivered procure-to-pay cycle as a business solution through Infosys product • Customized SAP SRM data and linked it to the UI of the project to provide POC for procure-to-pay cycle • Suggested critical project changes (faster processing) with simple UI reducing overall transaction time by 12.5% • Reviewed client requirements, discussed intended changes and made appropriate modifications to save cost by 5%
