• Captured new opportunities by developing and executing insightful business plans focusing primarily on dermatologists, OB/GYN, pediatricians, and allergists. • Identified and educated key medical prescribers to increase product knowledge and utilization. • Evaluated and designed business plans tailored to individual healthcare provider or office personnel based on weekly interactions and sales performance data. • Actively involved in new talent acquisition and development, interviewing process, product training, computer training, field training, and mentoring. • Assisted with the development of new marketing material utilized by the field sales force. • Promoted to duties and responsibilities beyond basic job description including EdgeRx Trainer, Field Marketing Team, Field Sales Trainer, and Visual Elk Trainer.
