Daily Duties at University Of Maryland Eastern Shore:
Teach introductory or low-level courses and upper-level courses in psychology and criminal justice. Responsible for advising students to approve student course loads, advise new students of department policies and perform other functions. Work closely with tenured faculty to develop curriculum, including new classes, appropriate textbooks and the format of large lecture classes. Responsible for course reviews, syllabi, student performance and personal experience when helping with curriculum development. Maintained office hours to meet with students. Responsible for responding to student questions as quickly as possible.
