Created infrastructure for Customer Services and Operational team in a very fast paced environment. 3. Established roles, responsibilities and processes for emerging departments. 4. Hired, trained and supervised employees to support above departments. 5. On-Boarded new customers and supported all customers operationally on an on-going basis.
