Daily Duties at Inmar, Inc.:

1. Manage teams executing CPG and pharmaceutical recalls for major manufacturers and smaller manufacturers insured by strategic partners 2. Responsible for training cross functional teams to work together to execute specific requirements for time-sensitive events 3. Hire, train and mentor new and existing employees on recall protocols, procedures and client relationship management 4. Manage employees on-site and in Ft. Worth TX in recall management, operations, call center and customer claims payment departments 5. Act as Subject Matter Expert for sales team and adviser to customers on best plan of action for recall events
