Daily Duties at The Uniworld Group/Wpp:
Commanded and organized efforts of multiple teams, including production, traffic, account, graphic studio. Provided precise schedules, spearheaded efficiency measures, conducted hiring and terminations of personnel, authorized budgets and overtime, and contributed critical creative input. Facilitated productive 3-way bidding, art buying, vendor selection, and all estimating. Provided in-house studio and external vendors with retouching and pre-press instructions, managed all vendors, approved printing specs, proofs, press runs. Bought and directed digital product shots, and handled final approvals of for all print projects including ads, collateral, direct mail, In Store display and Out of Home.
