Daily Duties at Tsys:
• Performed as a Sr. Developer / Technical BA: Elicited, analyzed, and documented customer business, functional, and software requirements. Also, assisted in the building, testing, and implementation phases: Coded/developed batch processing and reporting programs, online inquiry programs, and traceability matrix, unit / system / integration / regression testing, created test cases, created JCL jobs to obtain test data, analyzed test results, resolution of differences in actual and expected test results, supported user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation and production support of new Merchants to the Merchant Accounting System. • IBM z/OS Mainframe, HP QUALITY CENTER 9.2, COBOL, IMS (DC/TM), MFS, File-AID, DB2/SQL, SQL Queries, CICS, QMF, TSO, JCL, File Manager (Base and DB2), VSAM, MS Office Suite 2007, MS Outlook, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
