Promoted to efficiently manage two major Canadian programs (CPFF & commercial contracts). Identified, analyzed and mitigated risk associated with Intellectual property, indemnification, and obsolescence parts amid scheduling constraints. Administered modifications for values of $2M to $240M. • Created database and reporting procedure to substantiate pricing with accounting assuring timely payment per contract terms and conditions enhancing customer service • Led resolution to scope issues between prime and subcontractors by teaming with technical leads for a streamlined SOW • Volunteered to team with colleagues to complete closeout contracts which resulted in the collection of $2M in accounts receivable • Streamlined accounting methods to better manage customer billing requirements while remaining compliant • Promoted to this position for exceeding performance goals and metrics.
